The Company

Shanon Communications, Inc is a telecommunications company that services start-up to medium size businesses requiring voice and data solutions. The company was established in 2005 by CEO Stephanie Person as an S corporation in accordance with the statutes in the state of Florida. We are certified as a DM/DWBE, SBE, by the Hillsborough County Economic Development Departemt, and a disadvantage business by the state of Florida registered CCR cage code 3VZY7. Our headquarters is located in Tampa Florida servicing clients throughout the United States. The company has partnered as a certified reseller with the manufactures of, Nortel, Avaya, Samsung, and NEC. We are documented as authorized resellers for Samsung, and NEC products.    

  

Historically, we have provided voice, data, and cabling solutions to these business types: community colleges, legal firms, military consultants, and industrial business facilities to name a few. Our telecommunications solutions utilize Nortel Networks Norstar, Nortel BCM 50, Avaya partner, Samsung, and NEC legacy, or VOIP phone systems. The Nortel Norstar Call Pilot 100/150, is the stand alone voice mail to accommodate the Nortel Norstar phone system. CAT5, CAT6 and fiber optic network cable design is an additional strength that strongly supports our voice and data solutions installed by our Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDD).

 Services         

·     We install and perform strategic programming on phone systems

      manufactured  by: Nortel Networks, Avaya, Samsung, and NEC

      Communications. Systems installed are legacy, or VOIP. 

      life of the  equipment.  

 

·     Design and install your network cable distribution using CAT5, CAT6,

      and fiber optic cable. Cable distribution is installed by BICSI

      registered communications distributor designers (RCDD).

 

·     Consulting Services – Consult on the customer’s behalf concerning

      design, and specifications of their voice and data networks in

      accordance with the services we offer.

 

·     Project Management – Represent the customer to oversee their

      project  progress from the beginning to completion. Assure all

      installations meet the customer’s expectation, and projects are

      completed within specifications of their state and governing

      organization

    

.     Reseller - Telecom systems, phones, accessories, cabling, backup

      systems, and remote access. Computer hardware and cabling.

 

·     Service providers -Shanon Communications has aligned with service

      providers that can deliver services from: Verizon, PATEC, Nuvox and

      others. Service providers can deliver:  T1, PRI, SIP trunking, and internet

      services to  accommodate our customers servicing need. 

  

 ·    Maintenance agreement               

      We recommend maintenance agreements to all our customers. The

      maintenance agreements is offered on the manufactured systems we

      install, or your  existing system. We know this will assist on extending

      the life of the equipment.
